I was looking for recipe ideas to prepare pork tenderloin, which happens to be on sale right now. I found this extremely easy way to cook pork tenderloin in a crock pot. Perfect for a nice dinner or even for company, you'll appreciate how quick it is to make!
2 pork tenderloins, about 1 pound each
salt and pepper
1 small clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard or country-style
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
(I used Champagne Orange vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf thyme, crumbled
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
Wash and trim the pork and pat dry; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Place pork in the slow cooker. Combine garlic, mustard, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, thyme and maple syrup; pour over the pork. Turn pork to coat thoroughly. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, or on HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
Remove pork to a plate, cover with foil, and keep warm. Pour the juices into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until reduced by about one-third. Combine the cornstarch and cold water; whisk into the reduced juices and cook for 1 minute longer. Serve pork sliced with the thickened juices.

ArtBySunfire Shop Update for October
I have been busy this week
working on writing captions for my almost 200 listings in my
ArtBySunfire shop. The google Keyword Tool was a life saver when my brain would get into a fog and unable to think of another caption to write.
Since I was working on the captions for the photos, I decided to work on the photos at the same time. I didn't realize that it was going to be such a big task!
I am only about half way through this process, but I am getting there. I really think that my shop is looking much better. Now back to the other half of the captions and photos.

Washer Word Bracelets
My newest creation in crafting are my Knotted Passion Bracelets. This are created for you and show what you are passionate about. Each one is created to be as individual as the person wearing it. You can choose your favorite colors and also choose from a dozen words that I have in stock.
I remember back in the 60s and early 70s macrame was very popular. Decorative items including plant hangers, wall hangings, curtains, lampshade were made were made with macrame knots.
I have hand knotted three stands of square knots in three different colors that are attached to a silver metal washer with the word engraved on both sides. Each bracelet is very study and made to last. A sliding knot closure was added to the bracelet, making it adjustable to fit a 6 to 8 inch wrist.
Words that I have to choose from are:
Honesty Faith
What is the word your looking for?
Below are all the available colors to choose from. You can choose up to 3 colors in any combination you like. There are a total of 50 beautiful colors.

Karen is a fiber artist with skills insewing, tailoring, knitting, crocheting, tatting, quilting. Her interest in these crafts began many years ago and the skills were passed down to her through her family.
Some of my favorite items in Karen's shop are her bath accessories. Everyone deserves a bit of pampering now and then. You can pamper yourself with a set of hand knitted 100% cotton yarn wash cloths. The cloths are knitted in a textured pattern, which is wonderful for gentle exfoliating.
Always losing that bar of slippery soap? Try one of these pretty lacey soap saver bags. This is such a wonderful idea, the bag is used as a wash cloth.
You just slip a bar of soap in the bag and close it with the drawstring. The bag is also hand knitted from 100% cotton yarn.

They work together to design each piece as unique as the person that will wear it. This one of a kind diamond crisscross ring will make an exceptionally special gift for your engagement, wedding anniversary, April's birthstone or a 10th wedding anniversary. (hint, hint!)
My favorite piece is this stunning azotic blue mystic topaz necklace. 2012 Coupon Insert Schedule
Generally, there are four different types of Sunday Newspaper Inserts.
One is RedPlum (represented in your lists as RP). One is SmartSource (represented in your lists as SS). Usually the weekend which falls nearest the first of the month will also have a Procter & Gamble Brand Saver (represented in your lists as PG). P&G does not publicize their entire year's insert dates but you can check on their main site at any time to see when the next insert will be available in your area. It's usually issued near the first of the month (as we have it listed) with occasional random smaller inserts . The final coupon source is General Mills (represented on your list with a GM). Like the PG insert, it's comprised of only its own branded items so there's no need for them to put out a schedule to outside advertisers to remind them of the deadlines for publication so we can't list the expected GM insert dates with any reliability. They'll be delicious little surprises here and there throughout the year.
Remember, RedPlum has moved to direct mail marketing for the RedPlum insert in some regions. You will likely still receive the indicated RedPlum inserts in your direct mail if you receive mailed inserts instead of inserts in the Sunday papers.
This listing is for the expected SmartSource, RedPlum, and P&G newspaper inserts, 2012. This information is public knowledge, and is here for your ease of reference. It can change based on a variety of reasons, but this is what we are expecting. Feel free to put a copy on your fridge. Click here or on the Save Big! picture and preview weekly Sunday coupon inserts.
